Bananas completely used, Make great ice cream, Kids love, Just peel goes to compost

I do not eat overripe bananas.

For years I have given them to someone who does or put them in my compost pile.

I was inspired by a kids show on public tv several months ago.

The family was putting bananas in the freezer and then in the blender to make “ice cream.”

I began doing this with overripe bananas but also adding whole milk.

I do not add any sugar and the kids love it.

An incentive to eat their vegetables.

Of course, the peels still go in the compost.
